3 Cunard Queens and Celebrity Eclipse depart Southampton 10/5/16

Today there were 5 cruise ships berthed in Southampton . They were Celebrity Eclipse, Queen Mary 2, Queen Elizabeth, Queen Victoria, all three Cunard ships came back from world cruises to meet up again together, Aidasol departed later in the evening at 21:55pm outbound for Le Havre. First to leave was Celebrity Eclipse at 16:26pm from 101 berth outbound to St Peter Port (Channel Islands) as she passed town quay sounding her horn Queen Mary 2 was sounding her horn in reply. The second to leave was Queen Elizabeth at 16:54pm from 38/9 berth outbound for Hamburg and approached Ocean Dock where Queen Mary was and presented her bow and saluted Queen Mary 2 where both ships sounded their horns to each other. Third ship to leave was at 16:54pm Queen Victoria outbound for Lisbon and as she approached town quay she sounded her horn to Queen Mary 2 to salute her and the reply was given by Queen Mary 2. Finally Queen Mary 2 departed at 17:50pm from Ocean Terminal but did not sound her horn, much to my dismay but never mind she was outbound to New York. This video was viewed from Town Quay.
