Next, we stroll through a charming village of whitewashed houses and blooming flowers before heading to the serene Karnas Vineyard — a family-owned wine estate that’s a dream come true, praised by the Michelin Guide for its enchanting setting and farm-to-table philosophy. In the heart of the vineyard, we roll up our sleeves for a hands-on cooking class: shelling beans, peeling eggplants, chopping tomatoes, and learning traditional Turkish recipes, including delicate phyllo pastries.
