"Adonia" & "Independence of the Seas" departing from Southampton - 14/10/2017

Originally I thought October 2nd would be the last time I would see "Adonia" as she sailed for P&O Cruises, however I managed to get her on her very final departure on Saturday 14th October 2017. In this video we see her as she departs just after 16:00 hours heading off on a 20-night one-way cruise to the Caribbean. She will continue to sail there until March 2018 when she transfers to Azamara Club Cruises and becomes "Azamara Pursuit". "Adonia" was followed out of Southampton by the much larger Royal Caribbean International "Independence of the Seas", the company that owns Azamara. As a result, the two ships were seen and heard exchanging salutes on their horns. "Independence of the Seas" was departing on a 7-night cruise to France and Spain.
