About our Bacon Score methodologyYouTube Video Descriptionβ
Here's some news about the status of my YouTube channel, and an announcement about something new involving my viewers and fans. In the video, I talk about the number of views my videos have been getting this year compared to last year, and the amount of ad revenue that YouTube has shared with me. This is a way of explaining the main reason that I haven't been able to do very many cruise ship videos lately, and why I haven't been able to purchase any new model trains. Going forward, instead of trying to pay for the cruises and model train equipment solely with ad revenue from YouTube, I'm going to allow my viewers to chip in (through Patreon) in order to be able to do more than I can do now in the face of lower ad revenue from YouTube. If you'd like to become a patron of this channel, head over to https://www.patreon.com/JimZim If you don't want to become a Patron... I totally understand, and there's no hard feelings. The one other thing you could do to help, without pledging anything on Patreon, would be to to use my travel agent, Caitlin Gallagher, if you're going to be booking any cruise vacations, or stays at all-inclusive land resorts. By having Caitlin book your travel, you're actually helping me, too. Visit Caitlin's web site at www.ambrentravel.com
