On Tuesday 11/07/23 P&O Cruises 'Aurora' & Oceania Cruises 'Marina' both departed later than planned due to the very windy conditions here in Southampton, they both had to use the assistance of a tug to help them manoeuvre away from the cruise terminals. The P&O Cruise Ship 'Aurora' was the first to get underway from the Mayflower Cruise Terminal just before 17:00pm for a 14 Night Cruise around Iceland and her first port of call on this cruise is Alesund, Norway. Very shorltly after she had passed Oceania Cruises 'Marina' which was in The Horizon Cruise Terminal then 'Marina' started to make to departure just before 17:15pm for a 56 Night Europe & Arctic Adventure, her first port of call is Goteborg, Gothenburg, Sweden.
