It's a healthy, excuse me, hearty portion of potato barrels smothered in smoked brisket country gravy, scrambled eggs, and a sprinkling of green onions.
The eggs were good. The brisket gravy pulls it all together. I would have appreciated a little bit crispier tater tots just to stand up to the brisket gravy.
I would say the most important thing to do here is not wait until you're ready to eat to mobile order though.
