"Britannia" departs from Southampton on her Maiden Voyage - 14/03/2015

Saturday 14th March 2015 was a day that many have been waiting for as P&O Cruises' new flagship "Britannia" departed on her Maiden Voyage to the Mediterranean. Due to depart at 18:00, she was delayed by roughly ten minutes due to the arrival of a container ship but once that had passed she was able to reverse out from the 'Ocean' Terminal and then turn before heading off down Southampton Water were she received a fireworks send-off.
