See what the food was like at Guy Fieri's Pig & Anchor Smokehouse exclusively on a Carnival Cruise ship! We ate at the café for lunch and tasted the various smoked Bar-B-Que meats, including the Andouille Sausage, Beef, Championship Pork Butt & the dry-rubbed Blue Ribbon Chicken. The various sides we tried were the Mac Daddy Mac n Cheese, Old School Potato Salad, Collard Greens with Smoked Turkey and Molasses Baked Beans.
