Creator's Key Takeaways
I do that sometimes especially in Nassau because I'm not a fan
I really think the purpose-built area and having an actual cruise port is going to help Nassau a lot
the biggest issue I have with Nassau is the people out there are very pushy trying to get you to buy Stuff
this is one of my favorite shows events that they do and it's usually hosted by the cruise director

In 2008, my grandfather invited me on a cruise with him, but because of my "way too busy" life at the time, that trip never came to fruition. The ship we were supposed to be on was the #Carnival #Elation, and he actually ended up going on that ship with my sister a year later. Grandad died in December 2021, and being that I was then hooked on cruising by then, I always regretted not going on a trip with him all those years earlier. I booked this cruise, 15 years after the fact, in tribute to him. In this episode, we spend the day in Nassau, but I stayed on board to take advantage of a nearly empty ship.
