In October 2022 we sailed on Carnival Horizon and stayed in stateroom 9242. This is my 3rd time on the ship and we really enjoyed the location of this interior stateroom. Stateroom 9242 is an Interior stateroom on deck 9 on the port side of the ship. It's a category 4G stateroom that holds up to 2 passengers in either a king-sized bed or twin bed configuration. It has all of the standard Carnival Cruise Line features, including plenty of closet and storage space, a room safe, and full bathroom with shower. This 2-minute video provides a quick tour of the room, storage space, closets, and bathroom when everything was still fresh at the start of the cruise. The only issue we had during the cruise was the squeaky bathroom door (which was quickly fixed). We did hear some typical door-slamming across the hall from the balcony rooms, but it's hard to fault this room for that noise. Stateroom 9242 is located in the same spot on Carnival Horizon's two Vista-class sisters, Carnival Vista and Carnival Panorama.
