Day 2 was our first Sea Day, so you know we had to get coffee, cream, fruit and pastries delivered to our stateroom! :-) After our 'pre-breakfast', we headed to Emeril's Bistro to try Bananas Foster, latte's and Beignets!! The Beignets were sooo amazing! Little pillows of gloriousness! So so good! We went to trivia with John Heald and Calvyn, which was all about Carnival history to commemorate Carnival's 50th birthday! Finished the day with relaxation and a Bloody Mary in the Serenity area, then it was formal dinner night, can you say Lobster?!!
