We sailed on the Carnival Sunrise for five nights in December 2021. We previously sailed on the same ship in the Summer of 2018, when it was the Carnival Triumph. Just a year after that sailing – in 2019 – the Triumph had a 200 million dollar renovation and was relaunched as the Sunrise. In addition to many cosmetic changes and the renaming of most venues, there were also quite a few structural changes.
