Brilliant food hack for making adult Tiramisu dessert. Yumm. try adding this to that short video description... Tiramisu is a classic Italian dessert that is known for its creamy layers and rich coffee flavor. Here is a recipe for making this delicious dessert: Ingredients: 6 egg yolks 3/4 cup white sugar 2/3 cup milk 1 1/4 cups heavy cream 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 pound mascarpone cheese 1/4 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled 2 tablespoons rum 24-30 ladyfingers Cocoa powder, for dusting Instructions: In a medium saucepan, whisk together egg yolks and sugar until well combined. Whisk in milk and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and coats the back of a spoon. Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool completely. In a large mixing bowl, beat heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Add mascarpone cheese to the cooled egg yolk mixture and beat until smooth. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined. In a small bowl, mix together the coffee and rum. Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture for a few seconds, making sure it is soaked but not too soggy. Arrange the soaked ladyfingers in a single layer in a 9x13 inch dish. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and remaining mascarpone mixture. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight. Before serving, dust the top of the tiramisu with cocoa powder. Add extra Kahlua to spike it.
