Day 5 of our Sky Princess adventure brought us to the beautiful port of Copenhagen! We started the morning slow with a well-deserved lay-in and a relaxed vibe while docked. But the afternoon was all about exploring the city on a group excursion to the iconic Tivoli Gardens, one of the world’s oldest amusement parks, having opened back in 1843! Of course, no visit to Copenhagen is complete without seeing The Little Mermaid . The famous statue, inspired by Hans Christian Andersen’s fairytale, has been watching over the harbor since 1913 and is one of the city’s most photographed landmarks. Back onboard, we enjoyed a chilled dinner out on the pool deck… but the night didn’t stay chilled for long 🍹😅. The drinks were flowing, the craic was 90, and let’s just say one of us may have officially reached the target of the Sky Princess Plus drinks package. 🥂😂 We kept the party going right through to the early morning, one of those unforgettable cruise nights!
