Stateroom 3202 Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom here on the Carnival Panorama!! By the title you might be surprised to hear that a Oceanview room might be better than a open air balcony room. Watch the video and let me know what you think. The balcony room just has one bathroom and the rooms are much smaller in my opinion. The Oceanview window are huge and beautiful to see out of to see the ocean waves and etc. I could see whales for days in this room.
