In Kyoto, considered the capital of Japanese culture, visit the majestic Kiyomizu-dera Temple and soak in the jaw-dropping panoramic view of Kyoto city. You will have some time to shop on Matsubara-Dori Street (our tour had 30 minutes). After the guided tour of the temple, you'll visit the famous Golden Pavilion, or Kinkakuji Temple, that was burned down in 1950 and rebuilt in 1955. Enjoy all the wonders of vibrant and stunning Kyoto. This is definitely a city to return to! So much to see and do.
