CRUISE NEWS: Carnival Cruise Line Drops Port, Miami Cruise Traffic, Itinerary Changes for 5 Ships

Carnival warns cruisers sailing from PortMiami on February 28–March 1 to expect major traffic delays, with up to eight ships in port and heavy construction around the terminals. The line has also pulled Puerto Vallarta from upcoming Carnival Panorama sailings due to regional unrest, replacing the call with extra Cabo time and an added sea day. Carnival additionally announced several itinerary adjustments across 2027–2028 voyages, including port swaps, revised times, and updated Celebration Key and Half Moon Cay schedules.
