so puerto rico has said no to the unvaccinated passengers that's the five percent that could possibly be on board the carnival mardi gras when it arrives in san juan on july third

so yeah so okay puerto rico is you know saying no okay so that's you know i think we're going to see more of that

the ship in itself is the destination however you know at the same time you know we definitely want to get off on the ports so you know it's unfortunate
