Cruise Shipping MIAMI 2011 : DAY 1 & 3 highlights.

This is a slide show and full highlights from Sea Trade Miami 2011 here at the Miami Beach convention center here in beautiful South Beach. The first day was the day of exploring this Worlds fair of shipping that comes together once a year here at the Cruise line capital of the world. The first booth highlighted with the marching band whom marched throughout the convention floor was the Copenhagen Denmark band , whom earlier in the day made a press conference on their growing cruise industry numbers and unveiled plans for a new cruise liner terminal to be built and the expansion of the world famous Tivoli Gardens. Along our tour we passed by the top ship building firm booths , the first being the Meyer Werft booth. Fincantieri booth next to the Italia ward where we gazed at the beautiful models on display of their newer capital ships like the MV Marina which we toured on the 16th , the Carnival Dream , Ruby Princess and the Queen Elizabeth. In the Italia ward , the section hosted many of the cruise lines finest vendors , suppliers and port cities. They also featured their signature coffee booth where attendees could grab an authentic Italian espresso or cappuccino. 2 other booths of heavy crowds in the food dept was the Smoked Salmon stand and the Gelato booth.
