We are on Day 10 of our transatlantic journey. Wow, most of the day we basically did nothing but, hang out in our cabin. I guess it’s good we have a balcony on this cruise. It’s come in handy for days like this and we had friends over yesterday and we hung out on the balcony as we sailed out of Ponta Delgada. We did come out of the cabin a few times. We had a divine special Spanish menu lunch, a Spanish flair Dinner, a show, and a one arm bandit appearance. It’s crazy how tired we have been. Last year when we did the transatlantic, we were never in the cabin or ever tired, for some reason maybe old age, the turning of the clocks ahead 5 hours since we started on 9/21 or it’s just catching up to us? Regardless we turn our clocks a head 1 hour again tonight. We have two more at sea days in a row and we will be in Malaga, Spain. Welcome to Hubbard’s Journey we are embarking on a yearlong Land-Cruise Journey, Thanks for coming along. Our second trip of the Journey has us on the Carnival Freedom sailing across the Atlantic ultimately ending in Barcelona Spain. Come along on our 10,000 steps a day challenge. If you are up for the challenge, please post in the comments your steps for each day. We love cruising and feel very fortunate and grateful we have the ability and opportunity to cruise the world by Land & Sea. On this ship we are at sea for 8 days and various ports for 5 days. Thanks for coming along on our Journey. Happy Cruising & Traveling the World!
