Disney's 2025 Holiday Season Animal Kingdom Lodge Gingerbread Display at Walt Disney World Resort Enjoy a view of the 2025 Holiday Season Gingerbread Display Featuring a giraffe, flamingo, zebra, and a river hog. The Display Sign reads: Our Gingerbread is a seven-foot-tall tower of gingerbread, sugar dough, and modeling chocolate. Look closely and you might spot one of the many animals that call this lodge home, each one hand-sculpted by our pastry team. Debra the Zebra, modeled after our zebra Debra from the Savannah, has been a favorite of our pastry team for the past 20 years. This year, Debra is joined by a few friends, including Frankie the Sloth, modeled after our three-toed sloth from the Keith family’s adoption of Frankie the sloth. New this year, Rustie the River Hog joins the holiday menagerie!
