Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is one of the most well-known resorts on property and partly thanks to its stunning exterior that overlooks Magic Kingdom. You can even see Cinderella Castle from the Deluxe Resort. The Grand Floridian is located in the Magic Kingdom Resort Area and resembles the historic Hotel del Coronado in Coronado, California. They both have similar styles and embrace the Victorian era. Specifically, Grand Floridian embodies the Palm Beach’s golden era. There are even hints of Mary Poppins and Cinderella throughout the resort. It’s no secret that this resort falls on the more expensive side — and for good reason. Not only does it have high-priced and impressive dining, but it sits on the Monorail line, is located super close to Magic Kingdom, and is where the famous Disney Wedding Pavilion sits for guests to get married. The resort does have a lot to offer and if you’re lucky enough to afford the price there’s no doubt you’ll have an unforgettable stay. There’s even a convention center nearby, the Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort Convention Center.
