Eclipse at Disney & Fort Wilderness Cabins | Walt Disney World Vlog | August 2017 | Adam Hattan

This vlog was filmed on the day an eclipse was descending on the United States and I wanted to be in Magic Kingdom when it occurred. I take the resort monorail to Magic Kingdom and arrive at the park not long before the start of Festival of Fantasy. I first head to see a fastpass+ kiosk in an effort to show you how to use them however we'll have to save that for another time. I make my way back to the hub to catch Mickey's Royal Friendship Faire with Anna, Else, Tiana, Navine, Rapunzel, Flynn, Olaf, Minnie, Mickey, Goofy, Donald and Daisy! After Mickey's Royal Friendship Faire in front of Cinderella's Castle in Magic Kingdom, I make my way to Main Street to enjoy Festival of Fantasy. In the parade I'll show you Merida from Brave, Peter, Wendy, Hook and Tinkerbell from Peter Pan and all the finale characters you know and love such as Snow White, Dopey, Alice in Wonderland, The Mad Hatter, Minnie and Mickey Mouse. After the parade I manage to show you the eclipse and then I show you how to use the My Disney Experience food order service at Pinocchio's Village Haus. Claire from aclaireytale then joins me before we head out of Magic Kingdom and over to Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground. We checked in online so we were able to go straight to our cabin once we arrived. Once we dropped off our stuff and asked for our bags over from cast services, Claire and I went for a little exploring. We made our way to the Meadow Trade post to take a look at some of the awesome new merchandise Fort Wilderness is bringing out with their new logo. After a little look at the pool, we walk back to the cabin through the woods to meet Hope and Ashley. Once they joined us we then make our way back to the Meadow Trading Post area and grab some lunch from the quick service location at the pool. I also got the chance to re-use my refillable mug from my birthday stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge! Later in the evening we make our way to Chip & Dale's Camp Fire Sing-A-Long where we buy a smores kit and make our selves comfortable on the very American bleachers. We roast smores and sing camp fire songs before the finale of the evening... High School Musical on the big screen! After singing our hearts out with Troy Bolton (Zac Efron), Sharpay, Ryan, Gabriella and the gang, we head back to the cabin for a fun evening of games, drinks and good company. Whilst you don't see it in the vlog, the next morning we go to Trail's End for brunch. Whilst I did enjoy it, I would rather go for dinner for the price we paid.
