We spent opening day of the 2026 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts at EPCOT, and yes—it was completely sold out… but absolutely worth it. After work on January 16th, we jumped straight into the festival chaos and had an incredible night packed with creative food, stunning artwork, and smart park strategy. Even with the crowds, we managed to eat our way around EPCOT and complete the Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine—completing the 5 of the 8 foods required and earning the mystery surprise treat at the end. 👀 What is it? You’ll have to watch to find out. Food booths were firing on all cylinders, the art displays were everywhere you turned, and somehow—thanks to fireworks timing—we pulled off a low-wait ride on Test Track while everyone else was distracted by the sky exploding. Pro tip: fireworks = ride time.
