Welcome back to a new vlog! Throwing it back to the start of our August trip with a staycation at Universal’s Terra Luna & Epic Universe! **Enter our giveaway which we’re running for the duration of these vlogs. Subscribe and leave a comment to enter, the more comments, the more entries!** The details of this trip include: ✨ Checking into Walt Disney World’s Art of Animation for the first time 🚢 Our first back to back sailing on the Disney Magic, the first ship we ever sailed on! 🏝️ Visiting Disney’s private islands, Castaway Cay and Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point 🚀 Staycation at Universal Orlando’s Terra Luna 🎢 Epic Universe 🌎 Universal Orlando Annual Passholder Nights 🏰 Resort hopping at Walt Disney World We check in at Universal’s Terra Luna before heading over to Epic Universe, just in time for early entry. Unfortunately we don’t have the best start to this date as we experience some issues with our tickets which delayed the start of our day for two hours(!!). Ride delays mean we start our day in Dark Universe, we loved this area so much! We ride Curse of the Werewolf before stopping for a snack at the Burning Blades Tavern and get super lucky as Monster’s Unchained opens after a very delayed start so we walked on to this. This ended up being one of our favourite rides, we loved it! It’s finally time for us to ride Battle at the Ministry and we were blown away by the queue…less impressed by the ride! 🙈 We enjoy another snack at Cafe L’air de la Sirene of Butterbeer crepes and a frozen Butterbeer, this was all so yummy 😋 After a snack, we head to Super Nintendo World (Oscar’s favourite in Epic Universe) and enjoy the rides in this area before inclement weather closes all of the outdoor rides across the park. We explore the shops before stopping for some dinner back at the Burning Blades Tavern for one of the best loaded jacket potatoes that I’ve ever eaten, yum!!
