About our Bacon Score methodology
YouTube Video Description↓

Hey Sailors, When working on cruise ships there are a lot of certificates you will need, one of them being an STCW (Standards of training, certification watch keeping for sea farers) certificate. With some cruise lines you will be able to obtain this qualification once on board, however others require you to complete this course before starting your cruise ship contract. I did my first land based STCW qualification in December 2019 in Bristol, and although it was one of the most challenging weeks of my life, it was also one of the best. In the video I will go through exactly what I learned, how I was pushed to my breaking point and almost cracked, and why, after doing a land based STCW course, I think all sea farers should experience it. Please let me know if you found this video helpful or entertaining, hopefully both. Thank you so much for watching and subscribing!
