We go on a Highlights of Cartagena, Fortress and Las Bovedas Tour in Columbia. We were on a 29 day Transatlantic and Panama Canal Cruise on the Emerald Princess. The tour was $70 US each. We purchased it onboard. It was a good tour, not great. We saw a lot of the old city. This video was recorded in November 2019.
