I Canceled My Cruise -- Here Are The Reasons Why

Have you changed your early 2022 cruise plans with everything going on? Comment below and let me know! Canceling a vacation is never easy. After thinking about it for many days, I decided to cancel my cruise on Navigator of the Seas leaving January 17th. This was a hard decision since I was really looking forward to my first cruise of 2022, but given everything going on and to protect my family, canceling was the right thing to do at this time. While I did cancel my cruise, I want to reiterate that a cruise is still one of the safest vacations to take with the vaccination and testing requirements along with the health and safety protocols onboard. I've said it before and I will say it again, I feel safer on a cruise than I do on land. I went on 4 cruises in 2 months last year and came back home healthy each time. For now, I am playing it safe and staying home until this crazy surge calms down since I don't want to catch it en route on an airplane or in a hotel or in an Uber and bring it back home. Hopefully by March things look a little better so I can enjoy my 7 nights on the Wonder of the Seas inaugural cruise followed by 3 nights on the Freedom of the Seas.
