Iberostar Quetzal - Premium Pool View Room I Playa del Carmen, Mexico ⇛ Room Tour - 4K

Our room at Iberostar Quetzal came with a view, two views to be exact. This Premium Pool View Room had a nice view of the pool and also offered a tropical rainforest view as well. The room is 376 square feet and more than enough for two to four people. We had a king bed but this room does also come with two doubles as required. In addition to the king bed we had a table and chair, chaise lounge, television and entertainment unit with drawers, coffee maker and mini-fridge. The washroom had a nice big shower. We loved the vibrant colours throughout the room. People sometimes associate vibrant colours with being tired and rundown but this was not the case. I experienced first class service throughout my vacation from the moment I arrived, at the restaurants, the bars and lounges, all the way through to my departure. This resort is a nature lovers dreams. It surrounds a tropical rainforest and the team does amazing to keep the natural beauty of the area vibrant and the native wildlife healthy and happy. This is a very authentic resort in terms of its look and feel but also extremely well maintained. We loved the vibrant colours throughout the resort. There are seven (7) dining venues including five (5) a la carte restaurants. Six (6) bars and lounges will ensure you always have your favourite beverage in hand. There are four (4) pools which offer a good variety for all the guests. There is a massive main pool that steps from the beach. A sport pool that offers a little more shade throughout the day, a cenote style adult only pool that becomes quite lively into the afternoon and early evening and a children's pool and splash area. There was so much to like about this resort and in the video I provide my first impressions, and at the end, my wife and I provided the highlights from our stay as well as a few things that were #notourfavourite.
