YouTube Video Description

The 360 Video Tour allows the viewer to control where they look. Walking through areas with still clips from some venues embedded in you can move around to look 360º by clicking and dragging on your computer or moving your phone/tablet around in the air. For the best experience even view it on a VR headset for a truly immersive tour. The Icon of the Seas' may look like the Oasis class but it was started from a blank sheet of paper. That mean that nothing was predetermined including the placement of the AquaTheater. Instead of building it at the back of the ship outside in the Boardwalk neighborhood it was relocated to inside the AquaDome at the very top of the front of the ship. Inside this giant glass dome you are welcomed with the brand new AquaTheater. Featuring moving panels to enclose the venue for projection mapping, massive fountains and waterfalls, along with robots it's an AquaTheater like no other. Directly behind the AquaTheater is a Two70º like venue known as The Overlook with a wall of glass to give impressive views out to the sea that lies ahead of the ship. to the left of the theater is the Hooked Seafood premium dining venue. It also contains a separate room for the Icon class' version of Chef's Table, Celebration Table. To the right of the AquaTheater is probably the most impressive dining addition to the Icon of the Seas, the complimentary AquaDome Market. Featuring multiple dining stations you can get made to order sandwiches, Mediterranean, Asian, macaroni and cheese, and possibly most popular, crepes. The AquaDome exists on all of the Icon class ships including Icon of the Seas, Star of the Seas, & Legend of the Seas. This tour was filmed during the 5/4/2024 while on a pair of 7 night Caribbean sailings from Miami.
