This is a video of three of Captain Remo's announcements onboard Royal Caribbean's Independence of the Seas during her stormy Westbound Transatlantic sailing from November 22 to December 5 2012. The first announcement was the captain's noon announcement following a night of severe weather that included 120 mph winds a waves peaking at up to 60 feet. During this recording I was only concerened about getting usable audio so the video is nothing to look at. The second announcement is the captain's departure notice after leaving Ponta Delgada to begin the transatlantic leg of the journey. The third announcement is after departing Nassau following the transatlantic journey as we begin our final sea night before arriving in Ft. Lauderdale. This one includes information on the length of the entire journey.
