Legend of the Seas, Farewell to Remember

After 22 years in service, the cruise ship, Legend of the Seas has retired from the Royal Caribbean International fleet. The officers, crew and passengers have said farewell to Legend of the Seas. Follow Legend of the Seas departed on its final voyage from Dubai on March 14, across the Suez Canal and the Mediterranean to Barcelona March 26, 2017. At Navantia shipyard in Cadiz, Spain, Legend of the Seas were refurbished and re-branded as TUI Discovery 2 for Marella Cruises. (former Thomson Cruises). In summer 2017, TUI Discovery 2 will join the Thomson Cruises fleet. TUI Discovery 2 is the sister ship to TUI Discovery TUI Discovery 2 (now Marella Discovery 2) sailing the maiden voyage from Malaga on the 14th May 2017.
