LGB doesn't make the White Pass train anymore so it's kind of a collector's item now and I am delighted to have one

About our Bacon Score methodology
YouTube Video Description↓

This video compares the real White Pass & Yukon Route train in Skagway, Alaska, to the G-scale model train version made by LGB. The opening scene of the video features two things I truly love: A cruise ship docked right next to a train. It's an amazing part of an Alaskan cruise... the White Pass trains pick you up right at the cruise ship pier! In the video, you get a pretty good look at both the real WP&YR trains and LGB's g-scale version, which are no longer in production and are a bit of a collectors item now. The LGB G scale locomotive is model number 25554 but don't expect to find one for sale in train shops since they've been out of production for several years. Thanks to Alexander Wood for the video in the opening sequence. Alexander was kind enough to put a Creative Commons license on his video, which allows use of portions of his video in my project. Also, thanks to Gary Perazzo for use of his White Pass vignette (creative commons licensing) at the end of my video.
