before you get on the ship you're going to make your dining room request so if you have people you want to sit with that are in different state rooms you want to make sure your cabins are linked and that you have the same dining room time selected

if you need to make any changes as soon as you get on the ship head to the main dining room and make your request there with the host

if you have any requests to change your dining time you can always submit that request in person once you get on the ship
