Day 2 of our TUI Christmas Markets River Cruise was a bit of a come down from the bustling and somewhat perfect party the night before in Mainz. We learned that Mannheim has 3 separate markets but that they dont really come to life until later in the afternoon. It was a Sunday so a morning to explore the city on foot before returning to the markets once they had opened. Shame we have to head back to the ship to sail away before the party really got going.
