Barcelona holds a special place in our hearts, so we were looking to do something really unique. Twenty years ago we visited La Sagrada Familia, and we wanted to visit again on this trip. We were curious about how the construction had progressed, and how much, if any, the city has changed. We didn't want to spend our time waiting in lines for tickets, or jostling around with crowds. After some research we found a tour that would give us a good look at Barcelona, and visit La Sagrada Familia (along with two other Gaudi projects). We booked a Segway Tour though BCN. The tour started at Arc de Triomf, and stopped at Casa Batlló, Casa Milà and #LaSagradaFamília. It was super fun, and a great family adventure. The Segways were unbelievable easy to ride. We had no trouble learning to control the Segways. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. If you are considering a visit to Barcelona, and this is something that interests you, don't hesitate. It was an incredible way to see the city and the works of Gaudi. There’s MUCH more to come on this journey as we continue our European cruise to Marseille (France) and Genoa (Italy) so STAY TUNED! If you missed day 1 in Rome, day 2 in Palermo, or day 3 in Malta be sure to check those videos out too.
