"MSC Preziosa" struggles to depart from a very windy Southampton - 24/04/2018

Making the first of two visits to Southampton Docks this year on Tuesday 24th April 2018 was MSC Cruises' "MSC Preziosa", a ship that was a regular sight during the early Autumn of 2017. In this short video we see her departing to continue on the final stage of her 20-day grand voyage from Santos (Brazil) to Kiel (Germany) where she will be spending the summer sailing around the Baltic and the Fjords. She departed from the City Cruise Terminal at around 8:20pm but struggled heavily against the strong winds plus it seemed as though she was having problems with her bow thrusters as they kept cutting out.
