Aboard the new #OceaniaSonata, we’re unveiling two exceptional dining experiences: La Table par Maîtres Cuisiniers de France and Nikkei Kitchen. La Table, created in partnership with the esteemed Maîtres Cuisiniers de France, will be the most exclusive fine-dining venue at sea. Seating just 18 guests, it will showcase rotating menus crafted by Executive Culinary Directors Chefs Alexis Quaretti and Eric Barale—both honored as Master Chefs by the MCF—alongside select Master Chefs of France. La Table will also host the return of our celebrated Dom Pérignon Experience. Nikkei Kitchen offers a vibrant fusion of Peruvian flavors and Japanese technique, shaped with the expertise of Chef Gustavo Sugay. Fresh seafood, bright citrus, and bold spices take center stage in a light, contemporary setting.
