We sailed on the Holland America Niuew Amsterdam for seven nights in March 2024. During our cruise, we enjoyed a phenomenal dinner at Holland America’s first stand-alone Morimoto by Sea. Instead of a pop-up experience that was only available once per cruise, the Niuew Amsterdam’s Morimoto by Sea was a permanent specialty dining restaurant located on Deck 11 Midship, on the port side – or left side of the ship – adjacent to the Tamarind restaurant.
