#alaska #encore #cruise Hi it’s Ruby! Here’s a snippet of what we ate at the specialty dining location known as the Q Texas smokehouse. This was one of my favorite places that we ate and was absolutely delicious. Sometimes barbecue on a cruise ship can be less than desirable, but this one definitely met the mark. I recommend getting the platter and then also getting some type of shrimp dish if you like seafood. You really can’t go wrong so enjoy.
