One section is only accessible via the aft elevators and is where Cagney's Steakhouse on the starboard side and Pinnacle Lounge and Sushi Bar on port side. There is one door to the rest of deck 12 through Pinnacle, which has one step, so that is inaccessible. Via the mid-ship elevators, the only entrances to Deck 12 have ramps with lips through the doorway that are high enough to hang up my scooter. Port side actually has about a 4 inch step. Both doors are wooden and very heavy. No way a scooter or power wheelchair can go through either. Therefore, Deck 12 is inaccessible to anyone disabled or mobility challenged.
