We FINALLY made it to Maine! This is the furthest state on this trip and we did it... now it's time to eat! We have been waiting patiently for the LOBSTAH! And we were told, it is not lobster, it is lobstah! First up we visit the cute coastal town of Kennebunkport. The name alone is cool, but we really did love the town. And they have their own lobster crawl with 25 restaurants that serve the famous lobster roll... can we do it? Well of course not, we only have one day! But our goal is to try two! First up is Allison's where we get one lobster roll and one haddock fish sandwich cutely named A Fish Called Wanda, to share. Both were amazing! I think we are in for a treat in Maine! For dinner, we went a little down the road to Jonathan's Ogunquit. This restaurant has been serving delicious seafood for 45 years, they even have a sign of their first menu and it is really neat to see the prices from then until now. We thought lunch was good... this was better! We had the same lobster and haddock but prepared in a traditional way. Also served was amazing bread, lobster bisque and seafood chowder.
