About our Bacon Score methodology
YouTube Video Description

Today was the day we’d been most excited about on our Caribbean cruise – St Lucia. We arrive early into port on P&O Arvia and head straight up on deck to watch the pilot board the ship, always one of our favourite cruise moments. After breakfast in The Quays, we head ashore for an official P&O shore excursion, the “Cruise to the Pitons” catamaran trip. With just a short walk from the ship, we board a beautiful catamaran and take up our favourite spot right at the front on the nets. The cruise takes us past the stunning Marigot Bay, before stopping at the secluded Anse Cochon Beach for a swim. Back onboard, snacks are served as we sail towards the iconic Pitons for photos, with the rum punch flowing and the party atmosphere well and truly underway. We share the day with Lucy and her husband, followers of the channel who are on their very first cruise, which made the experience even more special. Back on Arvia by early afternoon, we relax with lunch and drinks by the infinity pool before one very questionable decision… a quick look into Rum Therapy that completely ended Mike’s day in St Lucia. Gail soldiers on with dinner in the Olive Grove, one of our favourite MDR options on Arvia. We’d absolutely recommend this excursion and break down the full cost in the video. Next up, a relaxing sea day as we sail towards Barbados. #StLucia #Pitons #CaribbeanCruise #POArvia #CruiseVlog #iona #CatamaranCruise #CruiseLife #Caribbean #POCruises #CruiseExcursions #SailWithGailAndMike
