I probably spent more time on Deck 4 of Quantum of the Seas than any other deck, except perhaps, Deck 3 where my stateroom was located. I was at Cafe Promenade every morning for early coffee and a doughnut or danish, plus since that was one location of the soda machines, I was there numerous times each day to refill my soda package cup. Also, Sorrento's several times for pizza, the English pub and Boleros in the evening and twice in the Music Hall, kept me on Deck 4 alot. And, I always go to Guest Services on each cruise, not only for any problems that may have popped up, but to check on the ship's wheelchair service procedures for disembarkation and registration if required.
