About our Bacon Score methodology
YouTube Video Description

A Saturday afternoon’s trip to Brompton Cemetery one of London’s Magnificent Seven garden cemeteries opened in the 1800’s. Only a short tube ride from central London and next door to Chelsea’s football ground Stamford Bridge. The graves of a number of well-known people lie in the cemetery including suffragette Emmeline Pankhurst, the actor Brian Glover, Cunard from the famous shipping line and English cricketer, John Wisden. Apparently, the names on the graves inspired Beatrix Potter, who lived locally with names for some of her characters. The cemetery is Grade I listed on Historic England’s Register and is the only cemetery in the country owned by the Crown and managed by The Royal Parks. The nearest tube stations to Brompton Cemetery are West Brompton, Earls Court and Fulham Broadway.
