Overall we liked this room, though the open bathtub can be a privacy issues for some guests, and we had to call front desk to had them replenish the water battles in the minibar. In addition, wi-fi would intermittently disconnect, and the flush button for the toilet was a bit hard to push. This was from our July 2021 stay at the all-inclusive Hotel Riu Palace Costa Mujeres resort. We stayed on the first floor, and this was room 1052.
