YouTube Video Description

#7questionswithemmy #meetintheeatons #rollabolla Every week, I’m interviewing fascinating people in our community, nation and around the world. A Magical Cirque Christmas is a variety show full of nostalgia, charm, and awe-inspiring performances for all ages. An incredible cast of world-class entertainers will be performing to awesome holiday music when the show visits the Mountain America Center in Idaho Falls on Dec. 27. Jonathan Rinny is part of the show. He’s a 4th generation performer, entertaining international audiences with his thrilling acts. Jonathan has been performing since the age of 5. He began clowning as a child in a family-owned circus in Argentina, established by his grandparents. He then spent his teenage performance career as part of his family’s troupe entertaining in Brazil, Uruguay, Mexico, and the majority of South America. Since then, he has been featured in renowned circuses, fairs, variety productions, Cruise ships and TV shows. Now he is an established Rolla Bolla artist, unicyclist and juggler. I had a great time chatting with Jonathan. Here’s what I asked him: Tell us about A Magical Cirque Christmas. What makes this show different than other Christmas performances? What exactly is Rolla Bolla and how did you get your start in it? What was it like performing on ‘America’s Got Talent’? You’ve performed all over the world. Do you have a favorite place you have visited? Some of the things you do look a little dangerous. Have you ever seriously hurt yourself? What advice do you have for people who might want to do what you are doing? Watch my entire interview with Jonathan in the video player above.
