If you're planning a cruise stop in Roseau, this vlog is your perfect guide to exploring Dominica's lush natural beauty! We stopped at Roseau cruise port on our MSC Seaview cruise in the Caribbean. Roseau is the capital of Dominica, one of the lushest islands in the Caribbean. With rainforests and natural beauty everywhere you look, we knew we wanted to see a bit of the island. We opted for a cruise excursion which took us to some of the top sights in Dominica. The highlight was our visit to the Emerald Pool, a stunning natural grotto with a beautiful waterfall where scenes from Pirates of the Caribbean were even filmed! We also visited the impressive Trafalgar Falls, a twin waterfall set amidst dense tropical vegetation. We would highly recommend this cruise excursion if you're stopping in Roseau cruise port. The area where ships dock at Roseau cruise port is near the centre of the city. There are some nice things to see in Roseau and great shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.
