My wife and I boarded Allure of the seas on Feb 27th 2022. This was the first cruise Royal Caribbean had that allowed passengers to be everywhere without a mask and it felt almost like cruises before the pandemic, but better because the ship was only at 65% capacity. This was our second Royal Caribbean cruise, but we had a 20 year absence from the line. We are so glad we booked this cruise! The oasis class ships are something to behold. There is so much to do and see. The six nights were not enough. For this cruise we had the unlimited dining package so we did not visit Windjammer or the main dining room. So I did not speak to the complementary offerings on the ship. I also speak to the entertainment on the ship which was amazing. One of the main reasons I booked Allure of the Seas was to go see Mama Mia with my wife and it did not disappoint. I wrap up the entertainment portion with two things very specific to Royal Caribbean, that being the Aqua Theater show and Ice show. We did go see the comedians and the headliner as well. Both were good but nothing that we have not seen before on other cruises. Finally we talk about areas of the ship that we liked and one thing that we can see needing improvement. Special thanks to Royal Caribbean's press center for the b-roll video of the ship aerials and production shows.
