I put in 30-60 minutes of HIIT boxing at the end of all of my strength training sessions. Today was chest and triceps. I finished with 35 minutes of boxing. If your goal is to lose fat and add muscle you need a combination of strength training and cardio. Exercise is important but diet makes up 75% of the equation. You will never out train a bad diet! It’s far easier to consume an extra 1000 calories than it is to burn 1000 calories exercising.
